1 large can evaporated milk
2 quarts whole milk
2 cups sugar
2 tap vanilla extract
Beat eggs and stir in rest of ingredients. Place in ice cream churn. Ice cream is done when churn starts to struggle to turn. Add 2 cups of crushed fruit if desired and churn just a little bit more.
Hint: since Florida is so hot and humid, ice cream sets up a lot faster in the kitchen sink rather than outside.
