To Schedule a Mediation:

1. View the calendar below for available dates. (Note: Do not click on calendar to select dates.)
2. Complete the form below, include in the Booking Information section your requested date, time, case name, how many parties and the county the mediation will take place.
3. I will respond to your request with an email confirmation within 24 hours.
4. Unless otherwise requested, mediations will begin at 9am or 1pm.

Please note: Mediations are not formally booked until you receive your confirmation email.
